Yes. Depending on the product, customization may include logo placement and printing method, colors, dimensions, materials, packaging and private-label details. Feasibility, artwork requirements and the final result are confirmed through specification review and sampling before mass production.

MOQ varies by product, material, color, logo method and packaging requirement. Please send the product name or reference image, expected quantity and customization details. We will then provide the applicable MOQ instead of giving you an inaccurate one-size-fits-all number.

Samples can be arranged after the product specifications and customization requirements are confirmed. Sampling time depends on material availability, artwork, tooling and the level of customization. The estimated sample cost and schedule will be stated before sample work begins.

Production lead time depends on the product, order quantity, customization, packaging and the production schedule at the time of order. AICO Yoga will confirm the estimated timeline in the quotation or order documents after the sample and final specifications are approved.

Options may include TPE, natural rubber, cork, EVA, NBR, fabrics, elastic materials and other product-specific components. Not every material is suitable for every item. We will recommend and confirm available options according to your target product, performance needs and market requirements.

Material, environmental and compliance options vary by product and order. We do not make a blanket certification claim. Please tell us the destination market and documents you require; we will confirm which verified material information, test reports or compliance documents are available for the selected product before you place an order.

Quality requirements are based on the approved sample and confirmed order specification. Checks may cover incoming materials, dimensions, appearance, logo application, workmanship, packaging and final order details. Any product-specific inspection standard or third-party inspection request should be agreed before production.

Payment terms are agreed for each order and written in the quotation or proforma invoice. Please review the amount, currency, payment schedule and beneficiary details before payment. For security, verify any request to change bank information through a known AICO Yoga contact before transferring funds.

We can coordinate export shipment to many international destinations, subject to the destination, product type, order volume and agreed shipping terms. Send us the destination country or postcode, quantity and preferred Incoterm so we can review suitable shipping options and documentation requirements.
